1. General Terms – Joy2Move is operated by SC GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE SRL, Romania, and offers workout examples and fitness information through its app and YouTube channel. By using Joy2Move, you agree to these Terms and confirm you are at least 18 years old. All content is for personal use only — copying, distribution, or modification without permission is not allowed.

2. Health Disclaimer – Joy2Move content is for educational purposes and is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Perform any exercises at your own risk and consult a qualified professional about proper form and suitability. Joy2Move and its creators are not liable for injuries or harm resulting from use of this material.

3. Privacy & Data – Joy2Move processes account information (including email, nickname, avatar, and authentication identifiers), app activity, subscription and payment records, consent records, and technical data needed to operate the service. Health-related workout data is processed only with your explicit consent, and optional analytics requires your analytics consent. Authentication is handled through Supabase, and connections use HTTPS. Payment card details are handled by Paddle, Stripe, or Google Play, depending on where you purchased, and are not stored by Joy2Move.
