Here's a short 10 min outdoor workout that can be done in the park, playground or anywhere else where you can find some stairs. You can replace the jumping rope with jumping jacks if you prefer.
Working out outdoors has a lot of health benefits (especially in low pollution areas).
Find your favourite spot and a workout routine. When you get bored, just change the place ๐
Exercises are 40 seconds long with 20 seconds breaks in between.
You may repeat it 2 or 3 times for best results.
