15 Min FULL BODY Isometric Workout

Here's another workout with isometric exercises. These are ideal when you have any knee or ankles discomfort, limited workout space or you just want to make a change in your fitness routine. They are considered to be a very safe type of exercise involving body-weight only and giving you full control on the resistance. A full body isometric workout involves a static position, where you are tensing the muscles without moving your joints. With isometric exercises, the affected joint doesn't move and the muscle doesn't noticeably change length. Isometric exercises help maintain strength. As these kind of workouts are improving strength in one body position, they should only serve as a compliment to a more dynamic exercise routine.
