Abs and Core workout with Dumbbells

Hi everybody! In this video, I am demonstrating a quick and effective workout for your main abs and general core muscle groups. I have used 3kg dumbbell weights, but you should adjust the weights to your own fitness level. Strengthening the core muscles can improve the effectiveness of workouts and reduce the risk of injuries that can sabotage our efforts to stay in shape. Just don't expect to get a flat stomach by doing these exercises alone. That goal can be achieved by making some diet changes also. Subscribe to my channel for more workout ideas.
