Arms and shoulders strengthening should be a key objective in your regular fitness routine. Working out these muscles has a lot of positive benefits including an improved posture, decreased back pain and an overall better performance when performing any other type of workout.
For this particular dumbbell workout I have used 3kg dumbbells, but you should adjust the weight according to your fitness level. Choose a weight that you are comfortable with in order to get through the whole workout without taking any longer breaks.
