HIIT Bodyweight Workout | 15 Minutes | No Repeats

Hi Guys! Sorry for the long break but I've been struggling with an injury for the last weeks and haven't been able to train properly. I'll give more details in my next video. Here is a 15 minutes full body workout that I've prepared to help you burn some extra calories. As usual, I have tried to make it a bit more interesting by incorporating some new and more dynamic exercises and used mountain climbers in different combinations (cause I love the mountains 🤗) No special equipment is required.
