How To Do A Hips Workout At Home WITHOUT any Equipment!

Have you ever wondered how can you get curvy hips? This workout combines a series of hip exercises that will not only improve your shapes but also correct your pelvic alignment and provide better lower back support. The hamstrings and glutes are both involved in this routine. The same as they are used whenever you walk, run, stand up from a seated position, or climb stairs. Because we tend to spend a lot of time sitting during the day, our gluteus muscles will be mostly inactive.
