You can request permanent deletion of your Joy2Move account and associated app data at any time.

If you cannot sign in
Email support@joy2move.net from the address used for your Joy2Move account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
Subscriptions
Before deleting your account, Joy2Move stops renewal of the Paddle, Stripe, and Google Play subscriptions linked to it. If this cannot finish, deletion pauses so you can retry or contact support. You can also manage subscriptions directly with your billing provider.
Data deletion and retention
Account and app data associated with your account will be deleted. Limited transaction, security, or legal records may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, or financial reporting obligations.
