1) Who we are

2) Subscription plans
Joy2Move PRO is offered on a recurring subscription basis. The plans currently offered are:
- Quarterly plan: €20 every 3 months
- Yearly plan: €50 every 12 months
All prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise at checkout or in the store where you purchase the subscription.
3) Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the recurring subscription price for the selected plan until cancellation.
4) How to cancel
- Web subscriptions: you can cancel from the Billing section in your Joy2Move profile page. If you need help, contact support@joy2move.net.
- Google Play subscriptions: if you subscribed through the Android app, you must manage or cancel the subscription through your Google Play account.
If you cancel, your PRO access stays active until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not end your access immediately for the current paid period.
5) Refunds
As a general rule, subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time.
However, nothing in this policy limits any refund rights that may apply under mandatory consumer protection laws or under the rules of the payment provider or app store used for the purchase.
If you believe you were charged in error, charged multiple times, or experienced a billing problem, contact support@joy2move.net and we will review the case.
6) Failed payments and access
If a renewal payment fails, your subscription may be retried by the payment provider. If payment is not completed, your PRO access may be suspended or end when the current paid period expires.
7) Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes to our subscription offering, payment methods, or legal obligations. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
