Here's a great cardio workout that burns a lot of fat with a mix of jump rope and leg exercises.
Jump rope workouts are great for burning calories, improving body coordination, bone density and cardiovascular fitness. They challenge both the body and the mind.
The workout is made out of a combination of basic jumps with no repeating leg exercises in between. (30 second exercises followed by 10 second breaks for a total of 16 minutes)
