Full Body Workout with RESISTANCE BAND | Low Impact | No Repeats
Check out this Full Body Resistance Band Workout in which I use one Theraband and two mini resistance bands. Is 25 minutes long, low impact and has no repeating exercises. It covers all the main muscle groups including your arms and back, legs and core.
