Sliding FULL BODY training with CORE focus using socks or sliders

Here is a different kind of full body workout that will mostly engage your core muscles. You don't need any special equipment except for some comfy socks or sliders and a smooth surface. Watch out for the last exercise: it's a true killer !!! 😈 If you find it too difficult, replace it with classic mountain climbers or other exercise that you preffer. I know the workout might look easy, but, believe me when I say it's worth your time. Don't start before doing a proper warm-up and be careful to control your movements to prevent any injuries.
