15 Min LOWER, UPPER ABS + OBLIQUES Workout

This is a 15 min. intense abs workout, targeting all the main abdominal muscle groups (lower abs, upper abs and obliques). As I have already mentioned in another video, don't expect to get a flat stomach by doing these exercises alone.
