Train your core and glutes together in this 30 Min ABS and GLUTES Workout with Dumbbells. This focused strength session targets your abs, obliques and glutes using controlled dumbbell exercises that build strength, stability and muscle definition. I’m using one pair of 7.5 kg dumbbells in this workout. Adjust the weight based on your level so you can keep good form throughout the session. You’ll also need a chair or couch for Bulgarian split squats and hip thrusts. A glute resistance band is optional for the hip thrusts.
