This 30 minute full body kettlebell session combines controlled strength work with a short Tabata finisher. The strength portion uses compound kettlebell movements for your legs, back, shoulders, arms, and core, and the finisher follows a high intensity interval format to challenge your conditioning and stamina. Do this workout in the Joy2Move app: https://www.joy2move.net/workouts/30-min-full-body-kettlebell-strength-tabata-finisher The session is designed for home training in a small space, and it is a follow along workout with no talking. You will hear a beep as each block begins and ends, so you can keep your eyes on your kettlebell instead of the screen, and 10-second breaks give you a moment to reset your grip and your breathing between blocks. The first part of the workout focuses on structured kettlebell strength training to build total body strength and improve power. The Tabata finisher then lifts your heart rate and asks you to hold your form while working at a higher pace. All you need is a kettlebell, water, and a small space. I am using an 8 kg (17.6 lbs) kettlebell in this video. Choose a weight that matches your level, going lighter if you are newer to kettlebell training and heavier if you can maintain solid form through both the strength sets and the Tabata rounds. This workout is perfect if you: - Want a 30 minute full body kettlebell workout you can do at home - Enjoy combining strength training with high intensity intervals - Prefer to train with minimal equipment - Like following along with music and beeps instead of talking Take it at your own pace and finish the session feeling strong.
