This session combines upper body, lower body and core exercises into one efficient strength workout designed to build muscle, improve endurance and boost overall strength. I’m using: - a pair of 4 kg dumbbells (≈9 lb each) - a pair of 7.5 kg dumbbells (≈16.5 lb each) - one 15 kg dumbbell (≈33 lb) You do not need all of these weights. Choose dumbbells that match your level and allow you to keep good form throughout the workout. Go lighter if you are a beginner and increase the weight as you get stronger.
