ABS when your back hurts | 15 Minute ABS Workout for People with Lower Back Pain

If you're having a hard time working out your abs because of a lower back pain that keeps popping out during or after exercising, this ab workout might be the solution for you. I have specifically chosen 15 exercises that will engage most of your abdominal muscles but won't hurt your back or cause any discomfort on your body (except for the muscles, of course 😜) . These are great for people with lower back pain because... guess what ? back pain is very often CAUSED by weak abdominal and core muscles that lead to bad posture and other long-term issues with your body. So, try to stick with these back friendly ab exercises when your back hurts and, in time, after you're comfortable with the progress you've made, gradually include more challenging exercises in your routine. Remember: working out should be fun (especially if it's supposed to be part of your regular lifestyle). If the pain persists, don't force it. Find the most comfortable exercises in this video and try to repeat them for a while until you've built more strength into your abs.
