Cardio HIIT FULL BODY with WEIGHTS - KETTLEBELL Workout - No repeats

Cardio HIIT full body workout again, but this time using weights. I've used a kettlebell but you can also use dumbbells if you like. The video begins with a short warm-up and includes a cool-down at the end.
