Full Body Isometric Workout

Time for a new workout based on isometric exercises. I've recorded this video after a day running in the mountains. Because my muscles have not fully recovered yet (my excuse for the shaking 😊), I preferred this type of strength workout, tensing the muscles without moving the joints. For an extra difficulty level, for some exercises I have added two small dumbbells (3kg each). Isometric exercises help maintain strength and are ideal when you have any knee or ankles discomfort, limited workout space or you just want to make a change in your fitness routine.
