Hi guys! I hope you enjoy isometric exercises and their benefits.
These include muscle strengthening, rehabilitation and increased flexibility (just to name a few).
Because isometric exercises are low impact and use only your body-weight, they can be useful for muscle rehab and recovery after injuries.
