Check out this fun cardio workout focused on your abs and incorporating jump rope exercises.
I have included different jump rope styles in this workout but if you find them too complicated just stick to the basics.
If basic jump rope is also too difficult, replace it with jumping jacks. The main advantage of doing the jump rope version is that it better engages the core muscles.
By the way, skipping rope is one of the best cardio exercises you can do as it improves concentration, coordination and also burns a lot of fat.
The workout includes only standing abs, so no mat is needed.
