Time to tone up our arms, back and shoulders a bit don't you think?
In this 10 minute upper body workout I am using a pair of dumbbells and a mini-band (resistance band).
Regularly working out muscles in your arms, back and shoulders is vital to keeping your upper body strong and having muscle definition.
