This 30 Min FULL BODY Sculpt Super Sets workout is all about building strength, shape and control without squats or lunges. You’ll move through focused 2-exercise supersets, repeating each sequence for 3 consecutive sets before moving on to the next combo. No squats. No lunges. Still a serious full body burn. We’ll train your legs, glutes, arms, shoulders, back and core using smart dumbbell exercises that keep the workout balanced, effective and easy to follow. The superset format helps you stay focused, build muscle endurance and make the most of every minute. I’m using 2 pairs of dumbbells: - 2 x 6 kg dumbbells = 13.2 lb each - 2 x 7.5 kg dumbbells = 16.5 lb each Use weights that match your level. You can go lighter, heavier, or switch between pairs depending on the exercise.
