Here’s a fresh 30 Min FULL BODY Sculpt Super Sets workout designed to make your dumbbells work harder without making the workout complicated. We’ll move through powerful 2-exercise sequences, repeating each combo for 3 consecutive sets so you can build control, intensity and that satisfying full body burn. This is strength training with a clear structure: two moves, three rounds, then on to the next challenge. We’ll train your legs, glutes, arms, shoulders, back and core with dumbbells only, using a mix of sculpting strength moves and controlled full body exercises to help you build muscle tone, endurance and stability at home. I’m using 3 pairs of dumbbells in this workout: - 2 x 4 kg dumbbells = 8.8 lb each - 2 x 6 kg dumbbells = 13.2 lb each - 2 x 7.5 kg dumbbells = 16.5 lb each You do not need the exact same weights. Choose the dumbbells that match your level and switch whenever needed so your form stays strong from the first superset to the last.
