You’ll train the entire upper body using simple, repeatable movements that are easy to follow and suitable for a wide range of fitness levels. Adjust your weights as needed to match your strength and keep good form throughout the workout. This workout does not include a warm up or cool down, so for best results: - Do a 3 to 5 minute upper body warm up before you start - Add stretching or mobility work after you finish I'm using a pair of 7.5kg (16 lbs) dumbbells in the video.
