40 Min BACK Sculpting Workout with Dumbbells | At Home Strength Routine for Better Posture
Loading…
Build a stronger, more defined back with this 40-minute dumbbell workout at home! In this routine, we’ll go through 3 sets of targeted exercises to sculpt your back muscles, improve strength and support better posture in your daily life.
I’ll be using two sets of dumbbells in this workout (2x4kg and a single 7.5kg), but you can follow along with whatever weights you have at home. Even one set of dumbbells is enough to challenge your muscles and see progress.
Why this workout works:
- Defines and strengthens your back muscles
- Helps correct posture and reduce tension
- Builds stability for better functional movement
- Can be done at home with minimal equipment
We’ll start with a warm-up to get your body ready, move through the back-focused dumbbell sets, and finish with a cooldown to help you recover. All you need is your dumbbells and some space to move. Let’s get started!
