I’m using two sets of dumbbells: 2 x 6 kg (13.2 lbs) and 2 x 7.5 kg (16.5 lbs) in this workout. You can absolutely adjust the weights based on your fitness level, experience and how challenging you want the workout to feel. Choose weights that allow you to keep good form while still pushing yourself.
