40 Min UPPER BODY Definition and CORE Workout with light dumbbells
Join me for a 40-minute upper body and core workout that will help you build strength and definition using only light dumbbells.
We'll start with a warm-up to get your muscles ready and then work through exercises that target your arms, shoulders, back, and abs. By the end of this workout, you'll feel empowered and proud of what you've accomplished.
