40 Min UPPER BODY Workout with Dumbbells

Join me for a comprehensive 40-minute upper body workout that you can perform right at home! This session begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your muscles and concludes with a relaxing cooldown to aid recovery. Throughout the workout, we'll target the shoulders, biceps, triceps and back using two sets of dumbbells— I'm using a pair of 4kg and a single 7.5kg dumbbell and you'll also need a chair/couch nearby for some of the exercises. If you have only one set of dumbbells, that's perfectly fine; you can still follow along and adjust the exercises to suit your equipment. Incorporating upper body strength training into your routine offers numerous benefits, including increased muscle strength, improved posture, enhanced bone density, and a boosted metabolism.
