Get your back back on shape with this 18 minute, bodyweight only, no repeats workout !! A month ago I took a really bad fall on slippery stairs. After a full medical check I understood again the importance of strong back muscles for avoiding serious injury. The doctors told me that my muscles absorbed much of the shock, basically saving my spine. With this in mind, I have prepared today's workout. It is designed to strengthen your back muscles, improving your posture and preventing injuries. This workout is great both in the morning (before a long day sitting) and after work, to relax those stressed back muscles. No special equipment is required.
