How to Strengthen Your Back and Improve Posture | Great Routine for Back and Shoulders Pain Relief
If you have been struggling with back or shoulder pain caused by an incorrect posture at your desk or during your daily routine, this workout can help you strengthen your back muscles and improve posture.
Achieving a good posture will greatly reduce back and shoulders pain and, given no special medical conditions, you should see noticeable improvements in a few weeks.
The stretching exercises included at the end of the workout are meant to relax and de-tension back and shoulder muscles and further help you with back and shoulders pain relief. Ideally, as recommended in the video you should lean against a wall for stretches in the last part of the workout. Trust me: do that and you'll feel amazing afterwards. Your back and shoulders will be grateful.
The equipment I used in this video are a strong resistance elastic band (but you should choose the hardness according to your fitness level) and a set of lightweight dumbbells (if you do not have dumbbells, you can replace them with two bottles of water).
You can incorporate this 20 minute workout in your weekly schedule and you do it either at home or at the office (or when your "office" is at home 😉)
