This 30 Min FULL BODY Sculpt Super Sets with Dumbbells workout is designed to make every minute count. We’ll move through focused 2-exercise supersets, repeating each sequence for 3 consecutive sets so you can settle into the movement, build intensity and push your muscles with purpose. Think of it as strength training with rhythm: two moves, three rounds, full body focus. We’ll target your legs, glutes, shoulders, arms, back and core using dumbbells only, making this a powerful full body strength and sculpt workout you can do at home. I’m using 2 pairs of dumbbells: - 2 x 6 kg dumbbells = 13.2 lb each - 2 x 7.5 kg dumbbells = 16.5 lb each Choose weights that work for your body and your form. You can use one pair, switch between lighter and heavier weights, or drop the weight anytime you need to.
