This session uses a focused super-set format: 2 exercises paired together, repeated for 3 consecutive sets before moving on to the next combo. The structure is simple, but it works. You get time to understand each movement, improve your form and feel the intensity build with every round. We’ll train your legs, glutes, arms, shoulders, back and core using dumbbells only, making this a strong and efficient full body dumbbell workout at home. I’m using 3 pairs of dumbbells: - 2 x 4 kg dumbbells = 8.8 lb each - 2 x 6 kg dumbbells = 13.2 lb each - 2 x 7.5 kg dumbbells = 16.5 lb each Choose weights that match your level. You can use one pair for the whole workout or switch between lighter and heavier dumbbells depending on the exercise.
