The workout is structured as a series of 2 exercises repeated for 3 sets, so you can focus on form, build strength, and get comfortable with each movement pattern before moving on. I’m using three pairs of dumbbells in this workout: - 2 x 7.5 kg dumbbells (2 x 16.5 lb) - 2 x 6 kg dumbbells (2 x 13.2 lb) - 2 x 4 kg dumbbells (2 x 8.8 lb) Choose weights that match your own level and allow you to keep good form from start to finish. You do not need the exact same weights I use. Lighter or heavier options are both fine depending on your strength and experience.
