Stay on your feet and sculpt your whole body with this 30 Min Standing FULL BODY Sculpt Super-Sets with Dumbbells workout. This session is built to keep you moving, lifting and challenging your muscles without any floor exercises. We’ll work through strong 2-exercise super-sets, repeating each pair for 3 consecutive sets before moving on to the next combo. This format gives you time to lock in the movement, feel stronger with each round and push your endurance without making the workout complicated. Because everything is done standing, your body has to work harder to stabilize, balance and control every rep. You’ll train your legs, glutes, shoulders, arms, back and core while keeping the pace focused and efficient. I’m using 3 pairs of dumbbells in this workout: - 2 x 4 kg dumbbells = 8.8 lb each - 2 x 6 kg dumbbells = 13.2 lb each - 2 x 7.5 kg dumbbells = 16.5 lb each Use the weights that fit your level.
