The glutes are the strongest muscles in your body. This workout will benefit all the three main muscles: gluteus maximus, gluteus medius and gluteus minimus. You will look better, feel better and get stronger in any type of activities involving these muscles.
I've also incorporated some back muscle exercises into this video, so it becomes even more effective and helps you achieve more goals. A regular back workout is very useful because it adds muscle mass to your upper body better supporting your spine and can also help make your waist look smaller.
