I have designed this workout using Yoga inspired exercises to activate and strengthen your core muscles. It starts a bit easier and finishes in a relaxing note, specific to Yoga. Strengthening the core muscles can improve the effectiveness of workouts in general and reduce the risk of injuries that can sabotage our efforts to stay in shape.
