Isometric Leg Workout | 15 Minutes

Isometric workouts are some of my favorites 😊 I've recorded this isometric leg workout after a hard race, running in the mountains. As my body has not fully recovered yet , I preferred this type of strength workout, tensing the muscles without moving the joints. In particular, isometric leg workouts are great for increasing your hips mobility, stretching out your muscles, activating your glutes and working out your hamstrings and quads. Because they are low impact, they can also be useful for post injury recovery. Isometrics are considered to be a very safe type of exercises involving body-weight only and giving you full control on the resistance. For the last exercise in the video I have added a weight for extra pain 😊 but this is optional. A weekly isometric leg workout improves your balance and core strength. Enjoy the workout and thanks for working out with me 😘😘😘 Be healthy, be happy, be fit ! 😊💪 ➡️ You can find me here: ► https://bit.ly/3eX1LZW You can also find me here: https://www.instagram.com/joytomove https://www.twitter.com/Joy2Move https://odysee.com/@joy2move:9 Thanks to Epidemic Sound for the sound-track ► https://www.epidemicsound.com/ SOME OF MY DISCOUNT CODES THAT YOU CAN USE: ============================================ FitBeast resistance bands: https://bit.ly/37sHoll ** YOU CAN USE THE CODE YYKOL15 FOR AN EXTRA 15% DISCOUNT ON EACH PURCHASE * EveryFun Massage Gun (5% DISCOUNT): https://everyfun.com/discount/JOY2MOVE D I S C L A I M E R My channel offers health and fitness information by providing different workout examples.
