STRONG and TONED LEGS Workout + Stretch | No jumping | No repeats | Apartment friendly
Get your legs ready for a 20 minutes burning workout followed by a nice streching session. The exercises target all the main muscle groups in yor legs: quads, hamstrings, inner thighs, glutes and calves.
Make sure you follow-up on the wntire workout, including the stretching part. This is the best way to maintain flexibility and help your body recover faster.
There are no repeats in this routine and no jumps either (so they can be done in the apartment without enraging your neighbours 😉)
