We’ll use supersets to keep the workout efficient and challenging, pairing exercises together to work your full body while keeping rest low and intensity up. This workout targets legs, glutes, arms, shoulders, back and core, making it a great option if you want a solid full body dumbbell workout at home that feels strong, focused and effective. I’m using 2 pairs of dumbbells in this session: - 2 x 7.5 kg dumbbells (16.5 lb each) - 2 x 6 kg dumbbells (13.2 lb each) Choose weights that match your level and allow you to keep good form throughout the workout. You do not need to use the same weights I use.
