This is a great full body dumbbell workout at home if you want to train legs, glutes, arms, shoulders, back and core in one session using simple but effective strength-based movements. I’m using 2 pairs of dumbbells in this workout: - 2 x 4 kg dumbbells (8.8 lb each) - 2 x 7.5 kg dumbbells (16.5 lb each) Choose weights that fit your level.
