Build strong, powerful legs with this 30 Min LOWER BODY Super Sets with Dumbbells workout. This session uses lower body supersets to fully fatigue your muscles by pairing exercises back to back for an effective and focused leg day at home. (I'm using a pair of 7.5Kg - 16 lbs dumbbells) You’ll work your glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves using dumbbells, with a foam roller exercise included to increase time under tension and challenge your legs even more. If you don’t have a foam roller, you can easily replace that exercise with a wall sit, either bodyweight or holding dumbbells. This workout does not include a warm up or cool down, so for best results: - Do a 3 to 5 minute lower body warm up before pressing play - Add stretching or mobility work after you finish This lower body superset workout is perfect if you: - Want an efficient and intense leg workout at home - Like strength training with dumbbells and simple equipment - Want to challenge your legs without complicated moves - Are short on time but still want a solid lower body session Grab your dumbbells, set up your space, and let’s train legs.
