Kettlebell LEG BURNER Workout | 20 Minutes

This intense kettlebell workout focuses on the lower body and also incorporates some balance exercises. It will definetly make your legs burn. The workout intensity increases gradually to allow for a natural warm-up but I also recommend a proper 10 minute warm-up before. Choose the kettlebell weight according to your fitness level. If you don't have a kettlebell you may replace it with a dumbell or even do the exercises without any weight for a more beginner friendly version of the workout. Remember: your body needs a strong foundation, so don't skip on your leg day. I'll be waiting for your comments.
