This intense kettlebell workout focuses on the lower body and also incorporates some balance exercises. It will definetly make your legs burn.
The workout intensity increases gradually to allow for a natural warm-up but I also recommend a proper 10 minute warm-up before.
Choose the kettlebell weight according to your fitness level. If you don't have a kettlebell you may replace it with a dumbell or even do the exercises without any weight for a more beginner friendly version of the workout.
Remember: your body needs a strong foundation, so don't skip on your leg day.
