This session is built around superset sequences, meaning you’ll perform 2 exercises back to back and repeat them for 3 consecutive sets before moving on. That structure helps you build strength, improve muscular endurance and really feel the work in every muscle group. Expect a smart, effective full body dumbbell workout at home that targets legs, glutes, back, shoulders, arms and core while keeping the pace focused and the training efficient. Repeating each 2-exercise sequence for 3 rounds gives you time to lock in your form, push your muscles harder and get more out of every set. I’m using 3 pairs of dumbbells in this workout: - 2 x 7.5 kg dumbbells (16.5 lb each) - 2 x 6 kg dumbbells (13.2 lb each) - 2 x 4 kg dumbbells (8.8 lb each) Use whatever weights are right for you. You can go heavier for lower body exercises and lighter for upper body moves or any exercise where control matters more than load.
