In this workout, I’m using: - 2 x 7.5 kg dumbbells (16.5 lb each) - 2 x 6 kg dumbbells (13.2 lb each) - 2 x 4 kg dumbbells (8.8 lb each) Choose weights that match your level and allow you to keep good form throughout the workout. You can always go lighter or take short pauses when needed.
